Description
Valdo Numero 10 Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Traditional Method Single-Vintage is unique in its kind. Created from an intuition of the Bolla family, this product is a 100% Glera wine that involves at least 10 months of re-fermentation and refinement in bottles (Traditional Method). Such sparkling wine is able to combine the typically fruity and delicate characteristics of the Glera grape with the body and personality achieved with re-fermentation in bottles. Mature fruity notes are here blended with complex hints of honey, for a unique and surprising experience in the glass.FOOD PAIRINGS
Excellent as an aperitif and paired with the entire meal, it fully expresses its personality with fish and white meat dishes.
